Architecture
The estate consists of three and four-story intimate buildings made in a modern style, light shades, in white and gray colors with decorative elements. Glazed balcony railings are part of the architectural layout of the façade.

Communication
Right next to the investment, there is a bus stop for the Nadziei bus lines 739, L39. The estate is located at Julianowska Street and near Geodetów Street, which lead to the exit to DK 79. Access to the center of Warsaw and other districts takes nearly 35 minutes.
