Location
The investment is located on the left bank of the capital, in Stegny, on Aleja Sikorskiego, near green areas. It is about 6.5 km away from the city center.

Architecture
The Nordic Mokotów estate is made up of six-story residential buildings with a simple form and bright colors, which are being implemented in stages. The Finnish design as well as the minimalist and practical architectural design of the investment are complemented by wooden decorative elements. The glazing, which provides access to daylight, is also an advantage.

Access by car to the airport. Chopin takes about 15 minutes.
