Location
The investment was erected within the Kliny Zacisze estate, at Władysława Krygowski Street. The area is characterized by a developed commercial and service infrastructure. It is about 8 kilometers away from the center of Krakow.

Architecture
The estate consists of two- and three-story buildings, built in a simple modern style. Plaster in subdued colors - white and powder pink - was used to finish the facade. Large windows and steel balcony railings were made.
The infrastructure of the estate
The estate is fenced and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Around the buildings, plant arrangements, pavements and lawns have been made, a courtyard and a playground for children are available. Storerooms, underground garages and ground parking spaces have been designed in the estate.
Communication
Right next to the investment there is a bus stop Kliny Zacisze, which allows access by buses no. 114, 151, 178, 451. The longest motorway in Poland, A4, is 1600 m away. Access by car to the Old Town takes nearly 15 minutes.
