About the project
We are completing the construction of two three-story residential buildings with an underground parking hall and an elevator ensuring fast and convenient communication between individual floors and the underground car park. Apartments at ul. We will be transferring Pułaskiego 25A from May 2020, and Pułaskiego 25 from January 2021.
Architecture
The apartments are equipped with a modern heating and ventilation system. Thanks to the use of Logoterm, hot water is prepared in the immediate vicinity of each apartment, instead of in the node room, which is located in the basement and may be even several dozen meters away from the apartment. Hybrid ventilation ensures constant, uninterrupted air exchange in the apartment. The system reacts to the level of air humidity inside the apartment and automatically regulates the flow of fresh air.
Amenities
In the inner area there is a large courtyard providing a sense of space between the buildings. The area around the building is fenced, and the neighborhood is neat and tidy. The area is dominated by single-family low buildings.
