Access entertainment space through a staircase or lift with outdoor space. This space is double height and has an area of about 760 m2, supplemented by the service platform 300 m2, which you can get from the Parking lot.
This is a unique project, which the developers have aimed as developing a signature visual presence, architecture and technical solutions, which are the first in Malta.
More than 80% of the apartments in the residential tower were immediately bought by international investors.
