About the project
Located to the west of Luxembourg city, Belair enjoys a privileged location very close to all the other districts of Luxembourg-city. The residence is located a stone's throw from the Place de l'Etoile and has very good connections with public transport.
The place of the star is a hub of exchange served by municipal buses, regional buses and the tram line. With the completion of the new “Place de l'Etoile” project, aimed at promoting the development of soft mobility, it will also accommodate several cycle paths, Vél'OH stations and pedestrian links to other areas of the city. On a surface of 8,365 m2 will be integrated shops, a fitness, a foodhall as well as a multiplex cinema.
The Josy Barthel stadium is located 350 m from the residence.
It is doomed to be demolished, once the new Luxembourg stadium comes into service in 2022. The old stadium will be replaced by housing.
The Belair sports hall is located 450 m away and includes a large sports center and a swimming pool.
One can find shopping centers there a few minutes by car as well as the hospital center of
Luxembourg. The “La Belle Etoile” and “City Concorde” shopping centers are 5 km from the residence.
