Characteristics of the new building
The residential complex "Tamariks City" consists of fifteen seven-storey buildings, which are designed in the Art Nouveau style and united by a common architectural concept - "Blooming Quarter". Contrasting spots, expressive lines and chiaroscuro emphasize the stylish design of the buildings.
The concept of the project is based on the construction of environmentally friendly and ergonomic housing. The buildings will have high seismic resistance, which will be provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and a monolithic frame. External walls are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator, which provides the necessary thermal insulation and the absence of noise in the premises. On the facade there are special baskets for the installation of air conditioners.
The houses are equipped with passenger silent elevators, central utilities, as well as high-quality equipment that ensures the smooth operation of all systems of the complex.
At the entrance to the entrance, glazed doors with insulation are installed. Halls and common areas are being finished using the best materials.
Features of improvement
The adjacent territory is closed to outsiders, special attention is paid to its landscaping - ornamental trees and shrubs are planted, flower beds are broken.
