The common passion for art has made it easy then all further design development and led us up to the final draft of the project widely shared by the whole team. The units , designed as much for singles as for couples and families , fall in energy class A + and are equipped with modern heating , cooling and dehumidification as well as the installation of home automation. The penthouse , perched on the roof with great elegance and enclosed within the mesh facade , elegant in his dark suit that makes him faint at the sight , it shows the end with the living : a glass case that expands naturally on the terrace to find the only limit in the hills of the horizon. The eye passes by the foliage of the park to the Julian Alps , from the Isonzo to the karst hills theater of the Great War .
