Description
The land plot (with an area of 2.61 hectares) is geographically located in the northern part of the Campania region, the province of Caserta, at an altitude of 370 m above sea level. m. (which is very suitable for the cultivation of olive trees - a general characteristic of the entire zone), along / near the provincial road N14. On the other side of the road begins the territory of the regional natural park Roccamonfina (11 hectares) the dominant element of which is the oldest in the Campania region, the extinct volcano Roccamonfina (1006 meters above sea level), whose volcanic activity ended 50,000 years ago.
There is no centralized sewer system in this area, therefore the eco-septic system is used, as, however, provided for by law. Water and electricity brought to the site.
A horizontal surface of 170 square meters was prepared with a poured concrete pad under the foundation.
At a distance of 1.3 km from the site, there is a town of Fontanaradina with 150 inhabitants, where you can find a pharmacy, a post office or a mini market where necessary.
9 km from the site is a town of 4000 inhabitants, taking its name from the name of the volcano, where there is absolutely everything necessary for life.
