Ideal place if you would the tranquility, but wouldn't stay far from the high life. Near by the villa is located the harbour where the nightlife is very active.
Any storey have own entrance. There is here the parking place for three cars.
The first-floor area is 50 square meters. There are here the big hall, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and also one bedroom where you can observe the panoramic view of the Tirrenia Sea.
The second-floor area is 75 square meters. It's the best place for rest because you choose one of the three bedrooms (any with own wardrobe). Also, there are here two bathrooms and the closet. All the bedrooms have the way out to the terrace of 40 square meters. This terrace shows you the fantastic view of the sea too.
The terrace connected with the ground floor (covered in part) is of 170 square meters and lead you along the small garden to the private beach.
