The house, having been totally renovated and then never inhabited, is in excellent condition. The external windows, in addition to the beautiful wooden doors, are generally pvc or aluminum with double glazed white windows and protective shutters or dark green shutters. The floors are ceramic with various decorations. The heating is natural gas with wall radiators and condensing boiler placed in an external compartment in the garden. All systems are obviously new and up to standard.
