The prices for apartments in Northern Ireland increased by 4% from October to December 2012, and during this period 3693 residential units have been sold, which was 5 times more than in the same period of 2011. The number of sales in the fourth quarter 2012 is the highest indicator, recorded since the fourth quarter 2007.

On average, property prices in Northern Ireland have fallen by 56% since the peak in prices in 2007.
