Commercial real estate market in Northern Ireland is waiting polar future. According to CBRE, in 2013 the prime real estate will grow steadily, while the outlook for second homes is vague.
The situation with renting second homes remains difficult due to economic conditions. It may reduce the prices. Small investments can be invested in real estate and provincial average in the region, the demand for which is much weaker and is largely limited to domestic buyers.
According to CBRE, the international investors who have an appetite for real estate in Northern Ireland will focus their attention on commercial and office buildings. In 2013 increase in the number of reconstruction projects offices is expected, according to the program of Business Premises Renovation Allowance (BPRA), which is valid until 2017.
Prospects for tourism and recreation are promising. Derry celebrates the Year of Culture; in Belfast will play police and fire Games this summer, and the G8 summit will be held in Lough Erne resort in Fermanagh.
