In H1 2014 real estate sales in Hungary increased by 10% yoy and reached 42,650. Experts attribute the phenomenon to two factors: previously deferred demand and investment purchases, according to ee24.com citing the Hungarian media.

Such a large increase in activity in the housing market was recorded for the first time since the crisis began. Most likely, 10 percent growth will continue on the basis of the whole of 2014, the number of transactions will reach 97,000. Is necessary to wait 2-3 years to reach the pre-crisis levels.
