Description
About the project
One of Budapest’s greenest, most environmentally friendly residential parks, Le Jardin will see the construction of a total of 310 apartments in the suburban part of District 13, in two phases. The appealing, Mediterranean-type, terraced buildings will include all types of layouts, allowing everyone to find the dream home that best fits their needs, be that a practical studio apartment, a generous upper-level flat with five rooms, or a home with direct garden access.
Uniquely, the Rákos stream runs directly adjacent to Le Jardin. The new pedestrian bridge, located just a few metres from the residential park, connects the buildings to the large green spaces on the other side of the stream.
Le Jardin is LIVING’s most environmentally conscious project to date. It incorporates building engineering solutions wholly based on renewable energy sources, environmentally conscious choice of materials, selective waste management, environmentally conscious water consumption, rainwater recycling and surface cooling and heating. Triple glazed plastic doors and windows result in more efficient noise and thermal insulation, with annual cooling and heating costs far lower than in the case of traditional apartments.
