Ef Zin - translated from Greek, it means well-being or a life full of prosperity. The term itself comes from the ancient Greek adverb Eu or Ef - meaning prosperity and the ancient Greek Zin (infinitive of the present tense of the verb ZO), meaning life.
Our daily life is defined by our lifestyle, the way we live each day and the perceptions we experience on a daily basis. Ef Zin is the belief that all human beings should follow a happy lifestyle of well-being, health and prosperity. Therefore, our company decided to build a modern residential complex that will make a special comfort and coziness for all residents.
A little about the complex:
There are 10 houses located and planned to be built on a plot with a total area of 2,468 square meters. Of these, 6 suites and 4 villas (two-storey houses). Each house has its own area with landscaped garden and fence, with a BBQ area and a private pool. Each building has a stunning panoramic view of the crystal clear waters of the Cretan Sea.
