About the project
In the building structure, all elements come together to form a coherent unit: soft curves towards the front and clear edges towards the rear characterize the architectural language. Large window fronts give the house a lot of light and lightness despite the monolithic construction.
The entrance area to the Ehrenfeldgürtel is also laid out over two floors and thus creates a feeling of size and space. Daylight can enter the entrance area through the window above the door and create a friendly atmosphere in which you quickly feel welcome. The contrasting interplay of material, shape and style of the facade continues inside the stairwell: dark concrete surfaces alternate with white plaster and copper-colored pendant lights add metallic accents. You can also reach your apartment completely barrier-free directly from the entrance area with the double-door elevator.
