About the project
The new construction project offered here includes 8 condominiums as well as parking for the residents of the house; completion is scheduled for 2022.
The construction project connects on one side to the existing buildings on Waldstrasse and also blends in perfectly with the surrounding area thanks to its gable roof. Balcony systems with elegant railings as a locksmith's construction in anthracite form the eye-catcher and are also set off from the rest of the facade by a colored coating, e.g. in a gray tone. The color scheme is kept in white and gray tones. Each side of the building is set in scene with the help of lighting elements along the facade, so that the appearance of the property is also impressive at night. The front and back of the ground floor stands out from the facade of the building with a bossing (in gray). The window elements are inside and outside in the attractive color RAL 7016.
