France will increase the environmental of buildings

Since January 2013 in France comes into force the new building code, intended to make the houses more eco-friendly.

Start from the next year, all the planned buildings will have to comply with the new regulations, named RT2012.

We can already see in France examples of buildings of the future - this type of construction is concentrated in Saint-Priest - a suburb of Lyon. New housing area is over 180 square meters, meets all the needs of the modern world, down to the use of electric vehicles. Accommodation in the houses of the new generation requires minimal energy consumption, no pollution and comfort at a high level.

Experts note only one negative moment in the project - housing prices increase by 10%. This will face potential buyers with financial problems - not all who wishing to buy property can afford such overpayment. According to the forecasts, from 127 000 houses built in this year, only 110 000 will find their owners.
