Every fifth foreign buyer in France comes from the UK (19.1%), and every sixth comes from Belgium (16%). Italians make 15% of transactions, Swiss make 11%, and Germans make 5%. In average foreign investors spend €384,000 for one piece of property. Russians and Italians spend more.
