University of Tartu has sold one of its buildings for €850,000

The world-famous University of Tartu has sold one of its buildings in the city center, reports portal ee24.com. The house is located directly opposite the main building of the University.

Leaders of the University are satisfied with the outcome of the transaction, because the selling price of the object has been twice as much as the evaluation price. The new owner of the building is Tartu Mill, which plans to renovate the building and sell it to residential and commercial premises.

Earlier ee24.com wrote that perfectly restored mansion of the famous pastry chef G. Stude was sold in Tallinn. The price of the house built in 1887 is €525,000.
