Tallinn: property prices are rising

During 2015, the average price per square meter in the capital of Estonia has risen up to € 1547 – it's 6% higher than in 2014.

The number of transactions in residential real estate in Tallinn over the past year has also increased - 8766 transactions, which is 14% more than in 2014. A total turnover of the sales transactions exceeded the level of 2014 on 21% (€ 768 million).

As for the commercial real estate market, there is a positive dynamics here as well: the turnover on transactions with commercial real estate amounted to € 500 million, which is higher than even the figures of the successful 2007. According to market experts, the number and volume of transactions didn't increas - in particular, the sale of the Radisson SAS Hotel, Solaris center and the Police house were held.
