In the first half of this year, according to the Finnish Land Department, Estonia became the new leader in the purchase of real estate in Finland,, beating on this indicator Russians and Scandinavians.
In numerical terms there were held 79 transactions involving Estonian buyers, 57 - Russian and 39 - Scandinavian.
However, over the past five years the largest number of deals still belongs to Russians, although from 2014 figures are gradually declining. Estonia, on the contrary, steps up. Among the regions Estonians prefer environs of Helsinki and southern Finland.
