Cost per square meter of housing in Estonia in 2011 was 706 euros. According to the Statistical office of Estonia, the square meter of housing increased in Tallinn by 13%. Moreover, in Tallinn and the surroundings was hold 32% of all transactions. In Pärnu house price increased by 6% in Tartu by 8%.
In general, the cost per square meter of residential real estate in Estonia increased by 10%. The average value of transactions in the last year amounted at 47 528 euros, which is 20% higher than in 2010.
