In the next two years is expected real estate price fall in the country. This year, the Danish Economic Council experts predict a fall of 5%, in future – 1,2%.
Today, Denmark is in situation of struggling with economic downturn that affected property market and banking sector in the third quarter of last year. As a result lenders tighten lending conditions, and the government has taken measures to support the economy.
According to experts, the situation is getting better and is already in the process of restoring a stable growth of the market which is expected in 2014, within 2%.
