About the project
Hesteskoen, in English "The Horseshoe", was constructed in 2015 and consists of multiple properties fused together and arranged in the shape of a horseshoe that opens up towards Kalvebod Fælled, which ensures that every apartment has an unobstructed view of the beautiful natural landscape. At the same time, the construction ensures that all apartments have a great inflow of light. Balder owns three of the properties in Hesteskoen that, in total, comprises 205 apartments. The apartments vary in size from 1 to 6 rooms, so we can offer homes for every need. The apartments are built in classic, modern materials, and most of them have large balconies.
The meeting point of the property is a large inner courtyard, with plenty of space for recreation, relaxation and children's games. There is also direct access to a lake and a private boat bridge, from where you can go kayaking.
