Quiet European places without the Russians

Quiet European places without the Russians

So often we hear from our fellow citizens, who have visited abroad, complaints about fellow citizens flooded the popular resorts of Europe. Complaints are sometimes somewhat flimsy, but overall fair. This raises a logical desire to find a place to settle down and be confident in the fact that the probability of encountering a drunk holidaymaker in sandals over socks or hear the heart-rending cry about Tagil will be zero...

Following the wishes of readers, ee24.com talks about the unpopular among Russians regions in Europe: Birmingham, Ancona and Northern Cyprus. When buying real estate here, you can be sure that the fellow will meet soon.

Second only to London

Contrary to the popular belief that England have captivated people from the former Soviet Union, our people in large numbers can be found in the most prestigious areas and suburbs of London. The rest of the Albion does not suffer from the invasion of the Russians. Moreover, Britain remains one of the most closed countries for Russian citizens.

But for those who managed to curry favor with the capricious Englishwoman, Albion may well become a second home. In this case, we recommend staying in Birmingham, the largest English city (after London, of course). There is a lot to see and where to go. Excellent infrastructure, a variety of cultural sites and two teams of English Premier League as a nice bonus ("Aston Villa", "Birmingham"). And not a single compatriot for miles around.

Italian elbow

It is believed that Russian citizens are a lot in Italy. And this is true only in part. There are still places in the Apennines, where are no tourists and immigrants from Russia. Such cities, in fact, quite a lot, but we decided to stop on the ancient Ancona.

The city, whose name in Greek means "elbow", is located on the sunny coast of the Adriatic Sea. Such a strange name city received for its resemblance to the cape east of the city with a human elbow. The city itself can be described by the words "comfortable", "cozy", "neat". Nice looking architecture of the buildings, the basilica of the Santa Casa (the Shrine of the Holy House), great weather... And the neighbors are entirely Italians.

The Visa Waiver backwater

Imagine a country that consists of a continuous beach, where are no our visitors and tourists in principle. It seems that such situation can’t be. However, in these realities population of the Northern Cyprus is living now.

Portal ee24.com previously published a detailed article on the state of the real estate market in the unrecognized state.

In short, the advantages of buying property in North Cyprus are few: visa-free regime with Russia (which surprisingly is not conducive to the flow of tourists), very affordable prices, warm weather and the sea, as in the rest of Cyprus.

Cons: the status of the unrecognized state, which theoretically could be a problem in the case of a showdown between Turkey and its potential enemy.

Advantages, as you can see, are more.

Thus, it is not necessary to go to the edge of the light to be away from the immoral appearance of the domestic tourist. In Europe, there are nooks where you can buy a house and live happily, hoping that the people's path to your new home will remain overgrown.
