About the project
In the part of Komárov on the south side of Brno, we are preparing a multifunctional house Bílá růže for you, which will offer unique spaces for 25 apartments, 12 units of temporary accommodation, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a doctor's office.
The building will be created by the reconstruction of the original White Rose Hotel, which will be transformed into a unique multifunctional complex. Housing spaces will be combined with commercial facilities, which will provide residents with a great opportunity to use the services of local entities. This world element further underlines the perfect accessibility of the city center, which offers endless opportunities for cultural and social activities.
