About the project
The Přípotoční residence in Prague 10 - Vršovice was created through the reconstruction of a house built in 1937. There were 20 new apartments with layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 30-80 m2, 5 studios, 2 commercial premises and 4 apartments with a terrace. The residence excels in using new housing trends in combination with old buildings. By connecting the two courtyards into one block, a new space for relaxation and entertainment has been created. The project developer is PSN.
