About the project
"Hagibor" is a development project of the company "Crestyl", located on the border of Vinohrady, Strasnice and Zizkov, on the site of the former brown field in Prague 10. The project consists of two new apartment buildings (alpha with 11 floors and beta with 7 floors) with 138 residential units available 1 + kk - 5 + kk and area 27.3 - 175.2 m2. Each apartment will have a terrace or loggia. The Hagibor project envisages the construction of 3 more houses in the second phase, so there will be a total of 650 apartments of various sizes. In the future, this will include a whole new area of the city with 5 commercial buildings, where we will find, among other things, a kindergarten, shops and offices. There will also be a cultural center, the new building of the Czech Philharmonic. With Želivského metro station, line A, the place will be connected by a boulevard full of shops and greenery, which will make the environment more pleasant and provide enough space to relax.
Location:
The Hagibor development project at Počernická (Vinogradska) Street in Prague 10 is very well served by public transport. In the immediate vicinity is the Želivského metro station, line A (less than 750 m), where there are also important bus and tram intersections. From here there is a connection with various parts of Prague. Following Vinogradska Street, you can get straight to the center, to Wenceslas Square. The Vinohradské hřbitovy tram stop is located 1.1 km from the project.
Due to the fact that it is planned to build an entire area of the city, all civic amenities will be provided here. In addition to the shops, schools and kindergartens to be established on site, the Flora shopping center is 1.8 km away, the Na Trebesine kindergarten is 630 meters away, and the Chotouňská primary school is 1.5 km from "Agibora". There are also several high schools in the area. The EUC Clinic Prague Malešice with operations by general practitioners is 1.7 km away.
Next to "Hagibor" there is a sports hall "TJ Bohemians" with tennis courts. The Třebešín Velodrome is less than a kilometer away. Malešice Park (2.3 km) and Malešice Forest (2.9 km) offer a wide range of recreational and sports opportunities. In terms of culture, you can visit the Cinema City Flora (1.9 km) or the Vinohrady Theater, which is just 3.5 km from the residential complex. The building of the Czech Philharmonic with a large concert hall will be built right in the new district.
