About the project
The V-Block Development Project offers new starting apartments for young couples and singles who want to become independent. The apartments are located in Malvazinki. This is a reconstruction of an old hotel in 113 interesting residential buildings with layouts 1 + kk and 2 + kk. The tenants will have shared fitness, gym, laundry, central garden. The project is the work of the development company PSN.
Location:
The development project "In the block" is located at Perutkova Street, Prague 5, in the cadastral district of Jinonice. The advantage is excellent civic amenities where you will find shops, services, sports (18 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car. There is also health care and lots of greenery everywhere. There is a bus stop three minutes from the house that will take you to Andel. Only ten Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Radlická and Jinonická B metro stations. There is a train station and bus stops nearby.
