House A is renovated for commercial, administrative and residential functions. On the lower ground floor there may be a café, a tea room or a small shop. On the 2nd floor there is an administrative space, which is covered by a barrel vault. Apartments are located on the 3rd - 7th floor. Towards the main staircase, which is semicircular, pillar, with the presented two-aisled mirror vaults, panel columns with ionic heads converge into strips. Through the reception you enter house A, which continues to the courtyard to house B.
House B is a newly built building in which there are apartments of category 1 + kk - 5 + kk. Under the completed tract towards the courtyard, new underground garages with 2 underground floors are designed. The garage is entered through a ramp at the bottom of the house facade.
