About the project
Tandem Modřany is a new project, thanks to which new housing was created on Mezí vod Street in Modřany. The house completes the plot of land where the Nestle office building and the Belarie Park residential building stand. Two six-storey houses Tandem Modřany offer 76 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk. Each house consists of 38 apartments located on the 2nd floor and above. Each of them has a balcony, a basement, a carriage and a parking space for a car. Sekyra Group as, the developer of this project, has built apartments with a usable area of 30 to 90 m2.
