About the project
The new development project of the company "V Invest Development" - "Jinonický dvůr" is located in a quiet part of Prague 5 - Jinonice. The project consists of three parts:
1. modern family apartments;
2. castle apartments and commercial premises;
3. luxury villas.
The first part offers 20 modern residential units near the Jinonice castle with layouts from 3 + kk to 4 + kk and an area of 68.7 m2 - 122.8 m2. In the second part of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the Jinonický castle, which will create new residential units from 1 + kk to 5 + kk to maisonettes (38.6 m2 - 130.7 m2) and new commercial premises that have a common parking in the basement. Each of the 46 new apartments in the complex itself is unique. The third part of the project contains five generous villas with their own garden.

Jinonický dvůr is located in a very quiet place in Prague 5 - Košíř, on Na Viduli street. Proximity to the natural parks Kosire-Motol and Prokopské Udoli is a priority. In the surrounding area you will find excellent civic amenities and the possibility of quiet outdoor recreation with your family. For example, OC Galerie Butovice is located a few kilometers from the house, and the BILLA supermarket can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. The various restaurants and bars in the area are taken for granted. Children can attend Tyrshov Primary School and Kindergarten (1.2 km) or Waldorf Elementary School (1.3 km).
