About the project
The new Oveniecka building is located on Oveniecka street, Prague 7 - Letna. This unique location is ideal for an exceptional address. The project was created by rebuilding the Croft home, which was significantly damaged in the 1970s due to modern building modifications. However, the Praque Primes Home developer managed to capture the original concept of the house as it was built. The courtyard was finished when it was stripped of technical elements and replaced with two lightened floors. A green park was created in the courtyard. The house has 19 residential units from 1 + kk to 5 + kk, which are for sale in the state of Elemental, there are also two studios and non-residential premises.

Near the house there are metro stations Vltavskaya and Hradchanskaya, there is also a tram stop. It is only a few minutes to Letenská Square, La Fabrika or the Oko cinema, where feature films are shown. You can visit the National Gallery, DOX Gallery or Stromovsky Park. You can reach the center by car in a few minutes, as well as by tram. In a narrow circle you will find schools, kindergartens, shopping centers, a hospital, a post office and bank branches.
