A unique project offering villas and bungalows of various sizes in the coastal village of Pissouri – the favorite resort of most foreign residents of Cyprus.
Pissouri Forest Park has been awarded the European Property Awards. This is a complex of 38 detached houses with swimming pools: 25 villas and 13 bungalows. Pissouri Forest combines 10 variants of houses, each of which has its own special features.
The architecture of the houses combines traditional and modern design – the decoration is partially made of natural stone and at the same time advanced ideas are used in the external and internal design.
Pissouri Forest Park is a complex of houses in an ecologically clean area, at the famous resort in the village of Pissouri. It is a natural landmark of Cyprus and probably the only village located on the coast of Cyprus that has preserved its original architecture and atmosphere. It is located between Limassol and Paphos, just a 20-minute drive from both cities (there are no traffic jams in Cyprus!). The village is located on the top of a hill (250 meters above sea level), offering an amazing view of the coastline.
Many of the buildings here are made using natural stone. In the center there are government offices, banks, small shops, restaurants and bars. The village Square is a favorite vacation spot for locals and tourists.
The villagers receive their main income from agriculture (winemaking). The grape plantations of Pissouri are recognized as the best on the island. The area is surrounded by fragrant greenery, a magnificent landscape caresses the eye, and an incredibly cozy bay shelters the beach from the winds. Here, within the bay, the Columbia Beach Resort Hotel (5 stars) is located, which offers residents the opportunity to engage in any kind of sports, use a meeting room, a fitness club.
The beach in Pissouri has been awarded the Blue Flag award, a kind of European quality Certificate awarded annually based on the results of testing the purity of water and sand. Clean air, silence and other joys of life are free here. Even in the hottest month of August, a cool breeze blows here!
