The complex consists of two buildings, in which center are located two outdoor pools. The territory of the complex is secured with live security and video surveillance. The distance to the beach is 80 m. Each building has elevators, an Italian a la carte restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for the residents and guests of the complex. There is a pool bar, 2 outdoor pools and one children's pool with free sun loungers and umbrellas, free parking for guests' cars and residents.
