About the project
Pierre Club House is being built in the central historical part of Odessa. The idea of a small number of apartments and the absence of a dense population of the building is embedded in the format of the club house.
The Pierre residential complex is notable for its decorative elements in the design of the facades with references to Renaissance architecture: pilasters, external window sills, mezzanine cornices, brackets and other architectural forms. The complex will also have a residential attic with stained glass windows and balconies with wrought iron fences.
Infrastructure
Pierre's location is an important detail, as the complex is located within walking distance of Deribasovskaya, surrounded by architectural monuments and favorite places for walks of tourists and residents. The windows of the complex will face the city center and the Old Bazaar Square. There are dozens of restaurants, bars and pubs in the district, which are known to residents of Odessa and guests of the city.
