About the project
AVIVA is the name of the latest and most long-awaited BLD project in the center of Sofia.
The residential complex is situated in a rapidly developing central part of the capital - opposite Vazrazhdane Park, the newly opened water park, Mall Of Sofia, Opalchenska metro station and next to the LIDL store.
On an area of nearly 6 acres, the complex will offer a total of 250 apartments, the construction of which is divided into two stages; green areas; recreation areas; parking lots and garages. The project also envisages a separate part for renting residential areas.
