The house is located on a top location, in the Albena area with an amazing view over the black sea and only 1 km from the beach. The house consists of three floors and the two upper levels are for sale. The units for sale have a large private terrace and a small piece of land behind the house. In front of the house is a huge cemented plateau terrace (650 m2) that is shared.

The part of the house that is for sale consists of three rooms. On the first floor are two separate rooms. One with sleeping facilities, kitchen and bathroom and the other with sleeping facilities only. On the top floor is another spacious room with separate bathroom and a balcony.
