Apartments in Bosnia and Herzegovina have gone up in value

Based on a study of prices for 425 apartments built in H1 2014, the Federal Statistical Office concludes that dynamics of the market is positive. The average price per square meter in Bosnia and Herzegovina was 1,582 convertible marks, or 790 euro, according to ee24.com.

Compared with H1 2013, prices for apartments in Bosnia and Herzegovina have risen by 3.2%, but in spite of this housing remains one of the most affordable in the Balkans. Construction costs that make up 77.3% (+0.4%) have a significant share in the formation of prices.

Prices for apartments under construction are slightly lower than for completed dwellings. Square meter goes for 1,445 marks (€722).
