Apartment has bedroom, kitchen, living room,dinning room, bathroom, hall, balcony, basement, parking place and small room, in which we keep washing machines. Apartment is fully furnitured with new furniture and white goods. Apartment is on 2nd floor and an object does not have an elevator. Apartment building was built in 1898, but apartment was renovated in 2012. Apartment is heating on fireplace, which is new model(2014).
The water is heating on water heater. Electricity is set up through all rooms and it is possible to have central heating. Cabel tv, internet, phone is already connected.
