Living area: between 36 m² (2 roof apartments), +/- 60 m² and 119 m² (ground floor with garden).
This existing building from the years 1975 was given a total makeover by Albat in 2021. The results are impressive! New facades at the front and back, new roofs, a new elevator that was extended to the top floor, and a new boiler give these apartments a brand new look! Naturally, all apartments were also provided with the necessary insulation, such as double glazing, ventilation, insulated outer walls (with R-plates and crepis) and PUR between the inner walls. As a result, the EPB certificate will undoubtedly yield a very favorable result.
