About the project
The new Kloostertuin residential project is located on the former site of the Sisters of Love, one of the earliest Ghent Monastery Foundations, which is being transformed into 49 apartments in five different residential volumes and 5 single-family homes.
The project is a mixed realization between past and present. The monastery building is being partly restored and new buildings are being developed in contemporary architecture. The new-build project has 5 residential volumes and offers space for one, two and three bedroom apartments with surfaces from 60 m² to 137 m² and spacious living terraces as well as homes with surfaces of 150 m². The site is surrounded by an oasis of greenery, which also includes an entire recreational garden zone. Right in the center, yet quietly located.
