About the project
Beau'garde is the pinnacle of living on Ezeldijk. On the edge of a 19th century English park and close to the beguinage of Diest, Ciril built 33 luxury apartments in a stunning, modern architecture. The park building is set in a setting of greenery and water, which provides an exciting experience every season. The fresh spring flowers are a feast for the eyes and the rippling water of the openwork Demer brings refreshment on hot summer days.
The park apartments offer all the trump cards for pleasant living: spacious south-oriented terraces, an underground parking lot, plenty of daylight, all contemporary comfort and finished to perfection. For the design of Beau'garde we teamed up with PCP Architects. In all its designs, the office looks for fascinating architecture that offers added value to both residents and passers-by. The architects use sustainable materials. The particularly good energy values not only help to keep your energy bill under control, but also ensure a high resale value. In short, Beau'garde, that is luxurious living in an exclusive place in the heart of Diest.
Beau'garde stands on the edge of a protected landscape garden. Generous monumental trees and evergreen shrub massifs characterize the English park and give it a lived-in and cozy atmosphere. If you walk or relax in the park, you will not imagine yourself in the heart of Diest at all. You completely escape the urban environment.
