Albania has named a new place of luxury property in Europe

The British newspaper The Guardian called Albania a new site in 2013, where you can buy luxury property. The Sunday Times also contributed to the country on the Balkan Peninsula as a place to visit in 2013. According to experts, the increase in the number of tourists affects the real estate market inAlbania.

Since 2007, the number of foreign tourists inAlbaniais growing. Figures of 2011 are impressive –  4 million people, according to Global Property Guide.

Tourism is an active generator of economic development in 2013, said Ravin Maharajah partner Lalzit Bay Resort & Spa, a 5 star luxury residential complex, located on the Adriatic coast of Albania.

"We have 350 km of beautiful sandy beaches, Mediterranean cuisine, UNESCO sites with thousands years of history and beautiful views of nature," Ravin Maharajah said.
