For example, on the seaside Lalzi Bay Resort, in the modern residential complexes with swimming pool, the cheapest price for apartment of 27 square meters area starts at 29 000 euros. Two-room apartment of 70 square meters area in a modern residential complex with swimming pool costs 72 000 euros in Durres.
