Laid out by paving slabs, paths go under the lush palm trees along the rows of 2- and 3-storey villas. The exteriors of the houses are designed in one general style, trimmed with beige and dark beige stone and a brown tiled roof. A part of the roof forms the upper terrace for rest, the other section is a hipped one, crowned with a pointed spire. Square columns, arched window openings and garage entrances resonate with the Italian architectural composition of the suburb.
