The multi-format project "The Ritz-Carlton Residences" is being built on the territory of the Creekside district, which is rightfully considered one of the most resort and green locations in Dubai. The complex will include apartment buildings with premium class apartments and clusters of individual private mansions with luxury amenities.All the buildings in the project are united by a single architectural concept with a reference to the delights of resort life. In the decoration of houses, whether it is an apartment building or private mansions, only expensive and natural materials were used: metal, natural marble, wood and glass. A large area of facade glazing gives buildings a light and airy appearance.
