"House on the Steppe" - a one-room smart apartment in a low-rise residential complex 10 minutes by car from the historic center of Odessa. The complex will consist of three buildings of three and six floors. The house is surrounded by low-rise buildings without skyscrapers, so nothing spoils the view of old Odessa, which can be admired standing from the open balcony.
